Milaca Elim Meadows Assisted Living recently achieved a perfect, deficiency-free survey from the Minnesota Department of Health.

The survey followed a comprehensive review of the care and services provided at Milaca Elim Meadows, which serves 30 older adults. The 32-unit apartment building features small one-bedroom, large one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and offers a wide range of healthcare services to meet the changing needs of the senior population.  

“We are proud of the high-quality care we provide at Milaca Elim Meadows Assisted Living and we thank everyone on our team who contributed to this tremendous outcome,” says KathyAnn Langlie, Licensed Assisted Living Director.

Minnesota Department of Health surveyors evaluated the processes, procedures, general operations, and physical plants, as well as information submitted by Milaca Elim Meadows staff. Surveyors also interviewed staff, residents and family members of residents to gain perspective on the care provided at Milaca Elim Meadows.

“We are very proud of our team and the care and service we provide to those who live in our Milaca Elim Meadows Assisted Living community,” KathyAnn says. “Ensuring a safe, home-like environment for the people we serve requires a team effort from nurses, care attendants, life enrichment director and culinary staff.
